The objective was to capture the essence of Creamfields (a dynamic, futuristic, and immersive experience) while promoting its status as a premier international electronic music event. Designs were expected to blend high-impact visuals with festival branding elements, using bold color gradients, modular patterns, and typographic clarity to evoke the pulsating atmosphere of the dancefloor.
I submitted three concepts
Version 1 (Gradient Glow): Featured a seamless gradient from vivid turquoise to violet behind a bold, abstract modular symbol, paired with classic Creamfields text treatment beneath. Its luminous aesthetic radiates electrifying vibes and festival energy.
Version 2 (Outline Elegance): Presented the symbol in a sleek outline format against a dark background, offering a refined and modern take. The simplicity makes it versatile for merchandise and scalable across formats.
Version 3 (Dynamic Overlay): Layered compositional abstract shapes and gradient textures around the modular icon, merging depth and movement. This visually rich version would stand out on large-scale installations and social media visuals.
